Division 8.1

Before any measures regarding the master or the crew of the vessel or any action regarding the cargo and equipment of the vessel are considered, other than those to safeguard evidence relating to the presumed infringement, an information meeting shall be held at the request of the EU, within one working day of the receipt of the above information, between the European Commission and the Ministry, possibly attended by a representative of the Member State concerned.
